these terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on the yogiwear website.

prices

all prices displayed are in pounds sterling and include any taxes, but exclude any packaging or postage. all taxes or import duties at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

occasionally there may be instances where the price displayed is incorrect. we are under no obligation to sell at the incorrect price, and we reserve the right to charge, with your consent, the correct price. under such circumstances you may, of course, also cancel your order.

please state clearly what you are ordering. it is advisable to phone for stock availability. please provide name, delivery address and phone number. please provide a postal order or cheque payable to yogiwear, including delivery. we will dispatch goods once the cheque has cleared.

out of stock

we update our system daily, but if goods are incorrectly displayed as in stock when they are out of stock, we will contact you with either the option to wait until items are in stock again, or we will offer a full refund or exchange for alternative items.

you may cancel your order before your goods have been dispatched, please call us with your order number. 01954 205045

after the goods have been dispatched, you may cancel your order or exchange your items within 7 days of receipt. before returning your item, please contact us by phone with a return request. goods for return must be in an unworn and perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

items must be well packaged before returning, and all postage costs are to be paid by you. in the event if goods being faulty, we will refund the postage costs. for your security we recommend sending packages by recorded delivery.

privacy

we will not use any of your details for any purpose other than that of processing and sending the goods you have ordered. we will add your email address to our mailing list to keep you updated of yogiwear news. you can easily unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by following the link at the bottom of the mailing list email.
